Los Perros is the “Beverly Hills” subdivision of Rancho Santana’s community and is at the southern end of Rancho Santana. The lots are large and the two residences built so far in this subdivision are mansions. The idea behind Los Perros (literally “The Dogs”) was to have a community of large lots and homes some distance from the clubhouse and amenities. If you want to be within walking distance of the amenities, Los Perros is not for you. On the other hand, if you like remoteness within a secured community, these grounds are ideal for your own beachfront compound. All lots face the ocean and, many have stunning valley views as well.

Los Perros’ main beach, Playa Los Perros, is to some the most beautiful beach in Rancho Santana because of its broad and long stretch of white sands. The gentle breaks at Playa Los Perros make it Rancho Santana’s best beach for swimming. Los Perros is fully equipped with water, drainage and underground electrical systems.
